| Abstract: | Flux-Switching Permanent-Magnet Generator (FSPMG) with high flux density and high efficiency was designed due to its double salient structures. This study presents a micro FSPMG which was applied to tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) on the smart robots. In this paper, finite element method (FEM) was utilized to simulate the magnetic properties of generator and then the flux and voltage output was obtained. The magnetic material used in this study was ferrite magnet which has the advantage of lower-cost. |
