Abstract: | Black hole algorithm (BHA) is an optimization algorithm inspired by the black hole discovery in relativity theory. Recently, white hole operator, which is based on the opposite of black hole, has been introduced in BHA. In this paper, a local is added in the BHA with white hole operator. |
